Public Relation Officer (PRO - Construction)
Job Description:
- Remuneration Package: Up to SGD$2,800 Basic + Variable Bonus
- Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days office hour, Alternate Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating Public Relation programme for the project.
- Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project and work closely with the relevant parties, such as residents, consultants, authorities, etc.
- Take proactive measures to mitigate complaints arising from the construction activities.
- Ensure site employment complies with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Dealing with requests and complaints from the public.
- Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issues.
- Working closely with all contractors and taking proactive measures to mitigate all complaints arising from the construction activities.
- Filing and maintaining up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval.
- Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required.
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 1 to 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor.
- Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
