Job summary

The National University of Singapore’s HIPER Programme Evaluation Unit (HIPER PLUS) seeks a research-focused professional to support evaluation and health services research projects in Singapore. You will join a collaborative team, shaping deliverables and engaging with policy makers and programme implementers.

The successful candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, manage projects, and disseminate findings across stakeholder groups, contributing to public health outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in public health, health sciences, social sciences, or statistics.
• Advanced quantitative research skills and understanding of Singapore's health system.
• Experience managing health services research and evaluation projects.
• Experience with design and collection of surveys, processing and analyzing large data sets.
• Qualitative research experience including focus groups and interviews.
• Experience with ethics applications and project administration processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, well-organised and collaborative.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of R or Stata; Atlas.ti or NVivo preferred.
• Adept at learning new software and online digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform research administration and disseminate findings.
• Conduct formative and evaluation-driven research.
• Contribute to evaluation projects commissioned by MOH.
• Engage with incoming briefs and shape deliverables in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HIPER PLUS team and external stakeholders.
