Job Highlights

  • Contract Duration: 3 + 9 months.
  • Nearest MRT Station: Clarke Quay MRT.
  • 5 Working Days per Week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to public queries via email professionally and promptly.
  • Escalate complex cases to supervisors as needed.
  • Track and maintain records of inquiries and responses.
  • Identify common issues and suggest FAQ improvements.
  • Publish events and update attendance on the portal.
  • Generate reports and statistics.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners for events.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties.

Requirements

  • Singaporean only.
  • Experience in administration and customer service would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
