Job Highlights
- Contract Duration: 3 + 9 months.
- Nearest MRT Station: Clarke Quay MRT.
- 5 Working Days per Week.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to public queries via email professionally and promptly.
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors as needed.
- Track and maintain records of inquiries and responses.
- Identify common issues and suggest FAQ improvements.
- Publish events and update attendance on the portal.
- Generate reports and statistics.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for events.
- Handle general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Experience in administration and customer service would be advantageous.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
