Your Role:

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of the brand—delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert product knowledge and sales recommendations
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships
3. Manage boutique cleanliness and merchandising
4. Handle stock, housekeeping, and daily boutique operations
5. Process payments and follow up on after-sales transactions

Who We’re Looking For:

1. O Level & above
2. Experience in customer-facing roles
3. Prior retail experiences for luxury brands are a plus
4. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
