Job description

Working location: Novena

Working hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6pm

Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: Starting from $4,488

Responsibilities:

1. Support operations psychology work, research, consultations, and training by applying knowledge in psychology and behavioral sciences.
2. Conduct research, design training materials, and deliver training to officers to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
3. Provide support to officers, including crisis support and mental health check-ins.
4. Manage relevant stakeholders, such as Psychological Services Officers and Unit Morale Sensing Teams.
5. Offer consultations to management on operations psychology matters.

Requirements:

1. Relevant degree in psychology.
2. Experience in psychology or related behavioral sciences is advantageous.
