Work Location: Near to Novena MRT

Working Hours:8.30am – 6pm (Mon to Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)

Job Summary:

As a Contract Psychologist in the Organisational and Personnel Psychology Division, you will support selection and assessment of officers, leadership development, and organisational psychology initiatives. You may also be involved in training and research, with possible exposure to areas like operations, crime, and resilience psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and running leadership assessment and development programmes.

  • Conduct psychological assessment interviews for personnel selection (with training).

  • Develop and deliver leadership training for officers.

  • Carry out research in areas like selection, leadership, and organisational psychology.

  • Support other tasks as needed during the contract term.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology or related behavioural science preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of statistics and tools like SPSS or R.

  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Confident in presenting and delivering training to groups.

  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently and take initiative.

  • Comfortable working in operational environments.

  • Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks or priorities.
