Psychologist #HHLT

Salary: up to $5000
Location: Central
Working Hours: 5 days, office hours

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments for referred patients.
• Screen and monitor mental status, symptoms, and drug adherence.
• Provide counseling, psychoeducation, and advocacy for patients/families.
• Develop care plans with clinicians, following clinical guidelines.
• Ensure timely diagnostic tests, treatments, and specialist consultations.
• Assess and intervene in crises.
• Provide relapse prevention advice and support.
• Liaise between patients, families, and hospital departments (e.g., O&G, MSW).
• Schedule and conduct home visits for intervention and psychoeducation.
• Report findings in MDT meetings and follow up on action plans.
• Provide ongoing support via visits/calls until discharge approval.
• Initiate and coordinate discharge plans.
• Organize patient education and update materials.
• Address patient inquiries about treatment and referrals.
• Maintain patient databases for clinical/research use.
• Conduct research, literature reviews, and prepare reports.
• Assist in DSRB submissions and data collection.
• Track and report clinical quality indicators.
• Participate in case management and clinical pathway projects.

Requirements:

• Min Masters in Psychology
• Registered with Singapore Psychologist Society
