Job summary

Think Academy Singapore seeks an accomplished Science Educator to lead curriculum innovation, teacher development, and PSLE assessment strategy. You will teach P4–P6 Science with a focus on advanced PSLE techniques, and design high-impact materials including PSLE-style questions and marking rubrics.

You will drive curriculum development, collaborate with TAL's R&D to integrate EdTech, and train junior teachers on marking standards and pedagogy to elevate student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Mastery of PSLE-related science content and marking frameworks.
• Experience coaching students and leading PSLE prep programs.
• Ability to design high-impact lesson materials and marking rubrics.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor primary-level Science (P4–P6) with PSLE emphasis.
• Design PSLE-style questions, answer schemes, and rubrics.
• Lead workshops for students and parents on PSLE trends and MOE updates.
• Oversee proprietary curriculum aligned with MOE standards and integrate EdTech tools.
• Train junior teachers on PSLE marking standards and pedagogy.
