Job summary

FTAI Aviation in Singapore is looking for a skilled Propulsion and Design Engineer to support aeroderivative engine development. This role involves hands-on work with engine hardware, evaluating unserviceable materials, and providing technical support during engine rebuild activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant industry experience in propulsion engineering or aerospace.
• Experience working with aircraft engines and component-level knowledge.
• Intermediate English knowledge is necessary for communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support during engine disassembly and rebuild.
• Evaluate unserviceable engine hardware and perform assessments.
• Support new engine development with validation and design reviews.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Support root cause investigations with technical analyses.
