Job Description

As a Proposal Writer, you will support the Proposal Specialists team by ensuring QA, compliance, and quality in proposal responses for RFIs/RFPs/RFQs (RFXs). Your role involves analyzing RFX requirements, translating technical solutions into compelling proposals, and reviewing submissions for compliance and clarity.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in messaging strategies, such as win themes, to effectively position Aurigo's value proposition.
2. Coordinate and review RFX inputs from various stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and others.
3. Translate technical content into understandable proposal responses and ensure quality and compliance.
4. Help craft clarification questions for prospects and ensure all proposal requirements are met.
5. Provide feedback for process improvements and suggest content updates for proposal libraries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical proposal writing experience in private and public sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of SaaS and SDLC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, project management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design knowledge and visual content communication skills.
• APMP or Shipley certification.
• Experience with proposal management platforms like RFPIO or Loopio.
