Proposal Manager (Water Treatment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date on market trends and build stakeholder relationships.

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for water treatment projects, ensuring technical and commercial compliance.

• Provide technical expertise and optimize engineering designs for cost-efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate across departments to prepare technical responses and support bid clarifications.

• Review proposals and costing to ensure accuracy and profitability.

• Manage proposal timelines and internal progress reporting.

• Mentor proposal engineers and support their development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Environmental or Chemical Engineering.

• 15+ years in water/environmental engineering, with strong proposal and design background.

• In-depth knowledge of water treatment technologies (preferably in oil & gas).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
