Suitable candidates will have 2-4 years of experience, preferably in offshore/onshore integration.

Job Summary

• Responsible to review offshore & onshore tender technical specification with Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Manager (Offshore/ Onshore).

• Preparation of system design proposal and preparation of tender documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales/ tender support where necessary.

• Study and prepare the system design proposal for the required system based on the technical specification.

• Contact new or existing equipment vendors for technical and price information when required.

• Work and liaise closely with the approved vendors to ensure system compliance.

• Prepare the tender documentation.

• Communicate with client to clarify any tender technical queries.

• Check the system compliance/ deviation against bid requirement.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Sales.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering

• 2-4 years of working experiences

• Working experiences in offshore/ onshore system integration will be an advantage
