A leading company in facilities management is seeking a skilled individual to ensure the highest standards in maintenance, inspections, and project coordination. You will need a diploma in engineering and at least three years of relevant experience. The role requires a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
1. Attend and verify all enquiries/feedbacks, building defects pertaining to maintenance, landscape, cleaning and pest control in the premises are carried out/rectified to the highest standard expected of the building owner and meet the SLA.
2. Carry out room inspections during mass check in/out exercises, AV and logistics set up for conference events/facilities bookings.
3. To follow up for contractors’ quotations.
4. You are required to work with consultants to ensure that all authorities’ submissions are done on time in order to commence work and in time to obtain TOP/CSC for projects.
5. Any other duties may also be reviewed and incorporated to ensure the estate is well managed and assigned by supervisors or Head of Department.
