Job description

A high-end developer of modern upmarket residential properties in choice locations that cater to discerning individuals with refined tastes and high expectations.

We are looking for dedicated people with drive, initiative, commitment and enthusiasm to join us as Property Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Manager / Condominium Manager in the day-to-day operation and all matters related to the management of the property.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to schedule and the building facilities & equipment are in good working condition.
• Monitor all maintenance contracts and liaise with contractors for repairs of facilities & equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements i.e. BMSMA, Safety etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Estate Management, Building Services or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
• Previous experience in managing luxury residential estates would be an advantage.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
