Client/Stakeholder Management
Deliver excellent customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations.
Build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders &/or client and be comfortable working across all levels.
Monitor procedures to ensure client’s expectations are conveyed and worked upon achieving Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Manage vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as Jones Lang LaSalle procurement best practices.
Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works).
Health & Safety Management
Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards.
Risk Management
Assist in the implementation and management of a property safety risk management in viewing vendors risk assessment, MOS, SWP and other local statutory requirements.
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures in accordance to client.
Site Operations Management
Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times.
Ensure works carried out by contractors/service providers have been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies, if any.
Assist requests/complaints by tenants on facilities needs (e.g. air-con, faulty facility fitting, access etc).
Work closely with clients and suppliers/vendors onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements.
Maintain a safe and risk-free office space environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in integrated real estate management, facilities engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services.
