Description:

• Responsible in the management of facilities management services for site assigned.

• Responsible in scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management.

• Handles investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.

• Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 1 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations

• A team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills
