Property Manager

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm (Alt Sat half day 8.30am -12.30pm)

(Required to go on night walks with MP to visit residents from time to time. Must be open to OT, weekends, and public holidays for events.)

Salary: $4500 to $5000

Job requirements

At least a bachelor’s degree in Building, Estate Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized university, with a minimum of 3 years experience in estate management.

Experience as an Assistant Property Manager is required.

Job scope

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of Property Officers in daily facilities management operations and ensure effective execution of duties.

You will inspect routine maintenance and improvement works, providing advisory on facilities management matters.

You are also expected to establish and maintain good rapport and close partnerships with relevant agencies and contractors.
