Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the assigned properties under the Company’s portfolio.
- Responsible for preparation and planning of annual property management (operating and capital) budget, monitoring operating and capital expenses.
- Ensure proper upkeep of all lease properties and in compliance with all statutory regulations and code of practice.
- Involve in the procurement process of goods and services, tender specification, request for proposal and awards of contracts. Supervise and evaluate the performance of service contractors, ensuring work is completed to specified standards.
- Provide property management recommendations and costings to support new leasing business/investment proposals as and when applicable.
- Manage tenant renovation and reinstatement projects, including preparation, supervision, and monitoring of timelines and compliance.
- Take charge of emergency management, including planning evacuations and reporting to authorities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building, Real Estate Management, Facilities, Engineering, or its equivalent.
- 8 to 12 years’ relevant real estate operations experience.
- Candidate who is a certified Fire Safety Manager, Greenmark Facility Manager will be preferred.
