Job summary

A reputable company in Singapore seeks a Property Officer to lead a team in facilities management. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring effective maintenance, and partnering with external contractors. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess at least 5 years of experience in estate management, along with strong leadership and knowledge of legal requirements in property management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree qualified in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.
  • At least 5 years of experience in estate management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to a team of Property Officers in the day-to-day facilities management operations.
  • Inspect routine maintenance/improvement works and provide advisory on facilities management matters.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport and close partnership with relevant agencies and other contractors.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Job description

  • Any other duties is assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements & Attributes:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree qualified in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University with a minimum of 5 years in estate management.
  • Able to provide strong leadership to a team of Property Officers.
  • Good Knowledge of accounting, contracts administration, legislations and statutory requirements with regards to township properties.
  • Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
