Property Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting feasibility studies and market research to formulate strategy
- Conduct property valuations with financial modelling
- Monitoring market conditions and trends
- Developing good landlord/ tenant working relationships
- Marketing the Group’s residential and commercial properties
- Negotiate with potential/existing tenants on new leases/renewals and follow through with lease documentation
- Liaising with agents, property consultants, government authorities
- Preparing annual budgets and handling property tax matters
Requirements:
· Possess a Degree/Diploma in Real Estate Management or any related discipline.
· Minimum 2-4 years’ experience, preferably in sales/leasing of residential and commercial properties.
· Good knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and lease documentation.
· Good presentation and communication skills.
· Well-organized and meticulous.
· Tactful and pleasant personality.
