SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintenance and Operations:
Oversee and coordinate routine and specialized property maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure upkeep of facilities.
Manage and supervise contractors and vendors for maintenance and improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policies.
2. Tenant Relations:
Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Manage property handovers and takeovers, ensuring smooth tenant transitions.
Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships.
3. Financial Management:
Manage property budgets, including operating expenses and capital expenditures.
Track and monitor rental income and expenses.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget forecasts.
4. Compliance and Legal:
Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage documentation and records related to tenancy agreements and property management.
5. Procurement:
Coordinate and manage procurement activities within the team, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
