Property Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and monitor operations across multiple operations to ensure quality service delivery.
2. Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance schedule; ensure stocks of cleaning tools and equipment are in order.
3. Manage the team and supervise activities of the Property Stewards, including rostering, planning, and deployment of Property Stewards.
4. Report and update on major incidents and emergencies to the management.
5. Provide guidance and evaluate performance of the Property Stewards.
6. Perform property inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and landscaping are met.

Hygiene:

1. Perform general cleaning of indoor corridors and its fixtures, including balustrades, railings, glass panels, etc.
2. Ensure that restrooms are clean and sanitary, and that consumables are replenished on a regular basis.
3. Clean escalators, passenger lifts, and service lifts walls and floors.
4. Perform general cleaning of outdoor premises, including walkways, pavements, balconies, drop-off points, and loading bays.
5. Empty and clean trash bins to prevent overflowing.
6. Ensure that the bin centre and service areas are neat and tidy at all times.
7. Operate cleaning machinery where required: Walk-behind mechanical scrubbers, ride-on mechanical scrubbers, autonomous cleaning robots, vacuum cleaners, high-pressure water jet, etc.
8. Clean and perform simple, basic preventive maintenance on all cleaning equipment.

Landscaping:

1. Perform pruning and trimming of dead or overgrown hedges and leaves.
2. Perform periodic weeding where required.
3. Apply fungicide to facilitate plant protection from diseases.
4. Apply fertiliser to ground to enhance plant growth.
5. Water plants within the property compound.
6. Dispose of dead leaves and horticultural waste.

Building Maintenance:

1. Perform routine cleaning of air-conditioning in common areas.
2. Undertake basic repairs including replacing lightbulbs, tightening screws, and spot painting.

Onsite Assistance to Ops Team / Property Executive:

1. Work with the Property Executive to:
2. Respond to resident feedback.
3. Coordinate works in the common areas by FEO CE Team / external vendors / contractors.
4. Ensure that contract services are provided adequately by the vendor / contractor by checking the work performed and advising the Property Executive of any shortcomings identified.
5. Assist Security Officer in incident management if required.

Requirements:

1. General Education or WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning.
2. Able to understand basic instructions in English and communicate to customers.
3. Must be able to carry out cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling, and disposing of waste.
4. Diligent, efficient, and well-mannered worker, willing to learn and be trained.
