Manager, Property Management

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the properties owned by the Group, ensuring that the properties are kept in the best condition.
• Responsible for the leasing of properties, ensuring 100% occupancy at all times within reasonable means.
• Follow all SOPs diligently and recommend improvements from time to time to achieve operational excellence.
• Assist to explore opportunities in real estate locally and overseas.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience (non-related experiences also considered)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to negotiate well, meticulous on all paperwork and responsive to all matters that require attention.
• Hard working, committed to work and able to work beyond regular hours to resolve arising matters.
• Excellent follow-up skills to ensure all tasks are completed timely and according to plan.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
