Job description

Our client specializing in integrated facilities and property management services. They are looking for a Property Executive to assist their Facility team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible.


Duties

  • Supervision of Maintenance Operations: Oversee maintenance tasks, facilities servicing, conservancy work, and supervise on-site workers to ensure quality execution.
  • Permit-to-Work & Emergency Handling: Manage daily Permit-to-Work processes and coordinate emergency or ad-hoc repairs, breakdowns, and troubleshooting, including providing technical support and acting as an authorised person.
  • Client & Contractor Coordination: Serve as the key liaison between the client and Main Contractor to ensure smooth execution of maintenance and repair works.
  • Customer Service & Feedback Management: Handle customer service issues, tenant complaints, and public feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Maintenance & Compliance Monitoring: Coordinate and monitor all corrective and preventive maintenance programs, investigate tenancy infringements, and support required client surveys.
  • General Support Duties: Assist with any additional duties or assignments as directed by the client or management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Building or Facilities disciplines from a recognised tertiary establishment (with M&E background is preferred)
  • Min three (3) years of relevant working experience.
