A leading industrial real estate investment trust in Singapore is looking for a Property Executive to join their Facility Management team. The role involves ensuring properties are maintained to high standards, managing compliance, tenant relations, document control, and implementing ESG initiatives. Candidates should have a diploma in relevant engineering fields and at least 4 years of experience in property management.
Our clientis a leading industrial REIT listed on SGX with a portfolio of more than 20 properties in Singapore and a market capitalization of more than S$1 billion. They are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Facility Management team as the Property Executive.
As a Property Executive, you will report to the Senior Manager, Facility Management, ensuringthe properties under your purview are maintained at a high standard.
Job Responsibilities
·Be responsible for the compliance of the following for the properties under your charge:
·Property Maintenance Management and Operation:
- Planning and execution of Property A&A works
- Oversight of term contractors and Consultants working on the Properties
·Tenant Management, including handing and taking over, defect management, supervise tenant fit-out works and enforcement of relevant terms under the lease
·Cost and Document Control, including preparation of property budget and tracking of actual expenses and the associated reporting
·Propose and/or implement the necessary ESG initiatives
Requirements
·Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Building or Facilities or Estate Management or equivalent
·Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
·The following skillsets will be advantageous:
- Experience in managing fit-outs, Repair & Maintenance Projects
- Experience in developing and reviewing specification for M&E systems (Electrical & ACMV)
- Experience in reviewing rates and costs
- Experience in troubleshooting M&E systems (Electrical & ACMV)
·Good knowledge of Singapore Standards, Code of Practice in building services and other relevant statutory requirements regarding tenancy work
·Able to respond to emergency during odd hours
·A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
·Good organizational skills and attention to details
·Ability to multitask and make decisions with minimal guidance
·Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Autocad
Standard hours of work are:
Site: 5.5 Days work week (Alternate Saturday)
Working hours: 9:00am to6:00pm on Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 1:00pm on alternate Saturday.
