Responsibilities:

• Report major issues to managers and oversee contractors for renovation works.

• Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Engineering or related field.

• Good knowledge of mechanical systems and air conditioning.
