Job Description:
  • Ensure the smooth operations and effective management of properties managed by the Company.
  • Handle all administrative works and correspondence related to property management. Supervise site staff and coordinate with building supervisors, fire safety managers, and technicians.
  • Manage bookings and maintenance of facilities such as swimming pools, spas, saunas, gyms, courts, playgrounds, BBQ pits, function rooms, and games rooms.
  • Plan, organize activities, and decorate during major festive seasons (e.g., Lunar New Year, Hari Raya, Moon Cake Festival, National Day, Christmas) when required.
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, surrounding areas, and mechanical & electrical equipment. Recommend or carry out preventive maintenance and site clearance works as needed.
  • Hold regular meetings with Councils/Owners, record minutes, and conduct Annual General Meetings when required.
  • Update Councils/Owners on financial status, prepare budgets for management and sinking funds.
  • Perform daily operational and administrative tasks, including updating proprietors' information, filing correspondence, submitting returns, and preparing reports.
  • Assist potential clients with new developments, including preparing handbooks, handover kits, defect lists, and scheduling inspections.
  • Manage security passes and parking labels, and assist in collection of funds and legal follow-ups as necessary.
  • Inspect contractor work, recommend payment releases, and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Building/Estate Management or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act is an advantage.
  • Experience with Mechanical & Electrical systems is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
