Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Property Executive (Electrical) to support the management and maintenance of electrical systems across our portfolio of industrial properties.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Oversee and maintain electrical systems for industrial buildings, including lighting, switchboards, and power distribution.
  2. Coordinate and supervise electrical maintenance works, including preventive and corrective actions.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems meet safety and operational standards.
  4. Liaise with contractors, service vendors, and tenants on technical issues and maintenance schedules.
  5. Assist in facility management tasks such as utilities tracking, minor project works, and troubleshooting.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company safety policies.
What You’ll Need:
  1. Diploma/Nitec in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in property or facility management (industrial preferred).
  3. Good knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
  4. Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.
  5. Strong communication and coordination skills.
