This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Executive at C&W Services in Jurong West. The Property Executive will be responsible for overseeing property management tasks, coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting inspections, and ensuring a safe and well-functioning facility. The role involves interacting with tenants, handling leasing agreements, and maintaining accurate property records.

• Property Management, Facilities Management, and Building Maintenance skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in conducting property inspections and overseeing repairs
• Knowledge of leasing agreements and property records management
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and facility compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
• Experience in the facilities services industry is a plus
