An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Property Management Executive to oversee daily operations at a self-storage facility. This role involves ensuring smooth and efficient property management, conducting site inspections, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Real Estate or Facilities Management and at least two years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Property Manager and support overall property management functions.
Ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe day-to-day operations of the assigned property.
Conduct routine site inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate timely repair and upkeep works.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant government regulations and safety standards.
Oversee all operational aspects of the property, including facilities management and security operations.
Manage property budgets effectively, including both operating expenses (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships, and respond promptly to tenants' enquiries, requests, and feedback.
Uphold the safety, security, and well-being of all tenants within the property.
Supervise logistical operations related to the self-storage facility.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
Prior experience in managing building operations and maintenance is an advantage.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
