Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Property Manager and support overall property management functions.

  • Ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe day-to-day operations of the assigned property.

  • Conduct routine site inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate timely repair and upkeep works.

  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant government regulations and safety standards.

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the property, including facilities management and security operations.

  • Manage property budgets effectively, including both operating expenses (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX).

  • Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships, and respond promptly to tenants' enquiries, requests, and feedback.

  • Uphold the safety, security, and well-being of all tenants within the property.

  • Supervise logistical operations related to the self-storage facility.

  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.

  • Prior experience in managing building operations and maintenance is an advantage.

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
