Job description

Our client is seeking a Property Executive to join their team!

Are you looking for a unique and challenging role in facilities management? Join our client's team as a Property Executive, where you'll oversee critical infrastructure and ensure top-notch service delivery. This position offers a blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience in a picturesque island setting.

What you'll be doing?

Facility Management: Provide comprehensive facilities management services, ensuring performance standards meet client expectations as per contract conditions.

Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance, pest control, and horticulture tasks through appointed contractors.

Quality Assurance: Conduct weekly cleaner meetings and inspections to maintain high cleaning standards across the facility.

Performance Monitoring: Take responsibility for delivering Integrated Facility Management (IFM) deliverables and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Incident Management: Investigate and analyze reported incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.

Event Coordination: Manage logistics, obtain quotations, and handle invoicing for meetings and events.

Reporting: Prepare and consolidate monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: Diploma holders in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Certification: Fire Safety Manager certification is highly preferred for this role.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in Integrated Facilities Management or M&E is advantageous.

Driving Skills: Possession of a Class 3 driving license is a plus for this position.

Adaptability: Ability to commute via a 7-minute ferry ride from Punggol Point Jetty to the work location on Pulau Ubin.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.
