Job Scope:
Facilities maintenance of the premises
Manage in-house & external service providers
Attend to and resolve feedback
Assist with planning and programming maintenance services and improvement works with the Project Manager
Submit monthly performance and management reports
Comply with building and statutory regulations
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in FM industries
Diploma in FM, Property Management, Engineering
