Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Executive to support the estate management of People's Park Centre. This role involves coordinating with contractors, attending to resident feedback, managing maintenance works, and ensuring the smooth operation of all estate services.
In addition, you will assist in leasing matters, including handling tenancy issues, coordinating with tenants and agents and supporting leasing-related documentation and processes.
You must be organised, service-oriented, and able to work closely with both the management and external stakeholders to uphold the standards of the estate.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate estate services: security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control.
• Attend to residents’ feedback and coordinate defect rectification works.
• Liaise with contractors on maintenance matters (e.g. lift servicing, fire protection).
• Prepare work orders, purchase orders, and recommend contract awards.
• Verify attendance and performance of term contractors.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of common areas.
• Monitor fire protection, compactor and pest control compliance.
• Review lighting inspection reports; ensure prompt rectification of faults.
• Verify contractor invoices and process payments.
• Maintain building audit checklists, crisis contacts and contractor schedules.
• Conduct regular meetings with term contractors (e.g. security, cleaning).
• Support the Condominium Manager in performance reviews of contractors.
• Conduct inventory checks and audits of MCST equipment and materials.
Requirements
• Diploma or equivalent in Building Services, Property/Facilities Management or related field.
• Prior experience in condominium or property management preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.
