PROPERTY EXEC (Condo)

Working Days: 5 Days, Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary Range: $3000 - $4500* + AWS + Variable Bonus

Location: Near Bukit Batok

Transport: Buses: 174, 184, 61, 67, 961M, 41, 52, 970, 985

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Property Officer / Property Executive
• Or good customer service/hospitality experience from any industry
• Positive attitude, team player, able to work in a team
• Stationed at head office near Bukit Batok
• Willing to travel to other condos under main contractor
• Able to claim cab fare

Note: This job does not offer hybrid working arrangements.

A Property Executive is responsible for the efficient management and maintenance of a property, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include maintenance, managing vendors and contractors, tenant relations, and handling financial aspects.
