A Property Executive is responsible for the efficient and effective management and maintenance of a property, ensuring it operates smoothly and complies with relevant regulations and standards. They oversee a range of tasks, including maintenance and repairs, managing vendors and contractors, and handling tenant relations and financial aspects.
