Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
    • Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
    • Saturday: Morning shift
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required.
  • The Role:

    For Pasir Panjang:

    • Daily Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of all company properties (Industrial, Residential, Commercial) to ensure smooth functioning.
    • Maintenance: Support property maintenance, including scheduling repairs and resolving issues.
    • Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns, complaints, and inquiries. Handle handover and takeover processes.
    • Safety and Compliance: Promote safety, ensure compliance with building regulations and company policies, and conduct inspections.
    • Reporting: Prepare reports on property performance and financial summaries.
    • Communication: Manage correspondence via emails and phone calls with clients and service providers.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain property management systems and databases.
    • Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors on preventive measures and maintenance resolutions.
    • Project Management: Manage projects assigned by Property Managers.
    Requirements:
    • A Diploma or Degree in Building, Estate Management, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
    • Experience in performing basic electrical work and simple jobs.
    • Hands-on M&E experience.
    • Ability to interpret electrical diagrams.
    • Familiarity with BMSMA and related laws.
    • Experience managing fit-out, reinstatement, and A&A works.
    • Team player, results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
    • Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
    • Willing to work on occasional weekends and public holidays.
