Responsibilities:
Conducting feasibility studies and market research to formulate strategy
Conduct property valuations with financial modelling
Monitoring market conditions and trends
Developing good landlord/ tenant working relationships
Marketing the Group’s residential and commercial properties
Negotiate with potential/existing tenants on new leases/renewals and follow through with lease documentation
Liaising with agents, property consultants, and government authorities
Preparing annual budgets and handling property tax matters
Requirements:
Possess a Degree/Diploma in Real Estate Management or any related discipline.
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience, preferably in sales/leasing of residential and commercial properties.
Good knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and lease documentation.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Well-organized and meticulous.
Tactful and pleasant personality.
