About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join 7A Capital, A Family Office as a Property and Administrative Management Executive. In this full-time role based in the Central Region, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's property and administrative operations.

What you'll be doing

1) PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

  1. Maintaining lease documentation, invoices, and other documents
  2. Processing rent payments, deposits, and refunds
  3. Coordinating maintenance requests, repairs, and inspections
  4. Communicating with vendors and contractors
  5. Assisting in property-related assignments and updates
  6. Overseeing the maintenance of properties, including communicating with vendors on repair work
  7. Throughout, you will be supervised and guided to get up the learning curve

2) ADMINISTRATIVE:

  1. Carry out administrative duties and secretarial support, such as mail management, filing, copying, scanning.
  2. Manage simple data-entry and downloading of documents
  3. Order office supplies
  4. Make travel bookings
  5. Handle queries from management
  6. Tend to ad-hoc duties and process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Comfortable in a family office
  2. Team-oriented
  3. Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in written and spoken English
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  6. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role

Salary is negotiable based on the experience
