Join our dynamic team at JSProperty with ERA Singapore, where we empower property professionals to thrive through strong support, exclusive leads, and collaborative partnerships. We are looking for dedicated CEA-registered Property Agents to help homeowners with their residential property needs in Singapore. This is a commission-based role with marketing and system support, based out of our Toa Payoh office, with flexibility to work remotely.

As an Agent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing exclusive listings, conducting viewings, and closing deals, while backed by JSP’s proven systems, CRM tools, and lead-generation system.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Attend to the property homeowners provided JSProperty.

• Handle leads actively — follow up with prospects, qualify sellers, and secure exclusive listing.

• Conduct physical or virtual property viewings and manage buyer negotiations professionally.

• List and market properties via your subscribed portals (e.g., PropertyGuru) and other platforms, including social media, agent networks, and WhatsApp blasts.

• Optimise marketing strategies and close deals.

• Participate in regular coaching, performance reviews, and team accountability sessions.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of property sales experience.

• CEA-registered salesperson.

• Proven ability to close sales and manage client expectations professionally.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with Singapore’s real estate regulations and transaction procedures.
