Job description

Job Description

  1. Manage phone calls and attend to walk-in residents.
  2. Maintain proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents/tenants.
  3. Manage the booking of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis courts, and function rooms in accordance with standard operating procedures, handbook, and by-laws.
  4. Support the maintenance of office facilities and equipment; coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building management for the repair and maintenance of office and estate equipment/facilities when required.
  5. Establish and maintain a proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate.
  6. Carry out regular updates of the content of the notice board(s).
  7. Handle maintenance fee billing to residents and issue maintenance notices/reminders.
  8. Assist with MCST accounts for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and petty cash management.
  9. Assist with the coordination of council meetings and annual general meetings as instructed by the Condominium Manager.
  10. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirement

  1. Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days a week (Alternate Saturdays upon confirmation).
  2. Preferably able to start immediately.
  3. Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level or relevant ITE certificate.
  4. 1 year experience working in MCST environment, front desk, or customer service will be an added advantage.
  5. Proficient in MS Office.
  6. Possess a good work attitude.
  7. Pleasant personality and ability to work independently.
  8. Good telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  9. Able to communicate effectively with residents.
