The role involves identifying grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors, ensuring brand consistency, and working with creative teams to deliver error-free, high-quality outputs.Key Responsibilities Proofread creative and marketing content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting using AP Stylebook and brand guidelines Validate layouts including spacing, image alignment, pagination, and TOC placement Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and art directors to ensure content accuracy Rephrase or restructure content where required while maintaining original intent Ensure consistency in headers, footers, captions, and reference notations Use industry-standard proofreading marks and tools Operate within project management systems (like Workfront) and online proofing platforms for timely review cycles Raise alerts for delays, bottlenecks, or workload imbalances Stay updated with best practices in proofreading and participate in internal knowledge sharingDesired Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in proofreading, editing, or content quality review Proficiency in English (professional and conversational) Familiarity with proofing software, project management tools (Workfront preferred) Ability to spot inconsistencies in layout, formatting, and text flow Comfortable working in cross-functional creative environments Strong eye for detail and commitment to brand and content accuracy,
