• Expected salary: $2,000 - $4,000 per month

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Consultation and Guidance: Recruit minimum 100 students per month for our tuition classes programmes (www.kahmuninc.co). Understand students' educational needs, goals, and aspirations. Provide personalized advice and guidance on course selection, application processes, and visa requirements. Help students and parents navigate the complexities of the education system, including international education.
• Research and Information: Maintain in-depth knowledge of educational institutions, programs, and trends. Stay informed about scholarships, financial aid, and other relevant resources. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Marketing and Recruitment: Promote educational programs and services to potential clients. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain students. Participate in educational fairs, conferences, and other outreach activities.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure student success. Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with application submissions, visa processing, and other administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records and databases of students and clients. Prepare reports and presentations on student outcomes and program performance.
• Other Duties: Participate in promotional and marketing activities organized by the company. Follow up with existing clients, develop potential clients, and achieve the performance targets set by the company. Plan and implement quarterly networking and feedback sessions with current students.
