Job description

Main Objectives

• Drive project-based sales by identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities (SGD 500K+) in the Industrial Solutions and Infrastructure sectors.

• Generate new leads and build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users to expand market reach.

• Lead the creation of compelling proposals in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams to secure project wins and ensure long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify project sales opportunities in Industrial Solutions and Infrastructure sectors by proactively engaging consultants, contractors, and end users.

• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity development to contract award, including value proposition design, technical coordination, and pricing strategy.

• Collaborate with the local sales team to drive market engagement, attend exhibitions, deliver customer training, and enhance brand presence.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of project leads and pipeline in CRM (MS Dynamics) for effective tracking and reporting.

• Develop and implement strategic growth plans focused on expanding the Industrial Solutions business, especially in manufacturing plants and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 8+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Minimum 3 years in a sales management role, leading and developing a high-performing team.

• Solid grasp of sales methodologies such as value-selling or strategic selling, with ability to coach teams on effective deployment.

• Strategic mindset with strong knowledge of local market dynamics and proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and MS Office tools.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural or MNC environment.
