As a key member of the Architectural Project Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Company’s mission to become the consultancy firm of choice for industrial development projects. Your responsibilities will span the full project lifecycle—from design through to completion—while ensuring high standards in project delivery and client satisfaction. You will work closely with Senior Architects and Directors, contributing to both design development and project execution, including contract administration and tender management. In addition, you may be entrusted with independently managing smaller-scale projects, providing you with valuable exposure and growth opportunities within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
The Responsibilities
Coordinates with Consultants on design, technical and code compliance matter.
Works with the Project Team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of concept design, prefinal, final submission up to construction documents & drawings including basic drafting works.
Maintain regular interfacing with external and internal members of Project Team.
Directing the Technical Team on compliance with Planning and Building Regulations.
Assist in coordination works, taking of minutes, co-ordinate the input / output of all involved parties to meet established objectives.
The Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution
3 years of professional experience in architectural practice
Proven ability to plan and execute building projects, particularly in industrial developments and related facilities
Confident in liaising with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities, with working knowledge of project execution, regulatory compliance, and on-site coordination
Experienced in conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and construction quality
Proficiency in design and presentation tools such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PowerPoint is an added advantage
