Project & Technical Manager (Security Solutions)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to lead a dedicated team of engineers and drive the successful delivery of security system projects. This role is instrumental in aligning technical operations with business strategies, ensuring quality outcomes, and continuously improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of project and system engineers, ensuring efficient execution of technical projects and system commissioning.
2. Mentor and develop team members to foster innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
3. Maintain open lines of communication to ensure all team members are updated on project progress and company developments.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, IT, Service, and Finance to align technical functions with overall business goals.
5. Participate in pre-sales activities and tender submissions, working closely with the sales team to secure new projects.
6. Oversee procurement processes and manage inventory of technical equipment and company assets.
7. Prepare and present project budgets, capital expenditure, and resource investment proposals.
8. Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and adherence to safety procedures in accordance with ISO requirements.
9. Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering quality technical solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably in Electronics) or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in the security systems industry, including team leadership experience managing five or more engineers.
3. Strong project management capabilities and the ability to lead multiple initiatives concurrently.
