Job Description

Engineer(s) to perform, Installation Checkout Integration Testing and Acceptance Test (SWAT FAT OSAT HAT SAT) which includes the following:

• Support Lead Engineer to Generate Project Documentation including test plans, procedures, reports, Installation Control Document and Cable Running Sheet, Safety, Ops and Training manuals etc.

• Liaise with Customer and End-Users on project requirements.

• Support Lead Engineer to manage Project Schedule and Project requirements and update Head Ops.

System Engineering:

• Participate in Proposing and Implementation of technical solution to resolve integration problem or system engineering issue with Project team

• Participate in analysis and troubleshooting of interface problem or system engineering issue with Project team

• Participate in discussions with OEM/System Suppliers on technical discussions.

Administrative :

• Support Lead in Monitoring and reporting of progress of work and update of Monthly Report/

• Support Project Procurement and liaison with Suppliers / OEMs

• Support Head Ops in tender/costing/job opening of new Projects

• Support Head Ops in training / guiding Engineers

• Good leadership skills, writing skill and presentation skill and able to work independently and travel overseas.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechatronic or Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering

• Minimum 2 years related experience in the similar field will be added advantage

• Experience with network design and networking exposure will be added advantage

• Experience in data communication such as network protocol (TCP/IP, UDP/IP etc), serial protocol (RS422, RS232 etc) and transmission channels is an added advantage

• Proficiency in operating measuring equipment or software such as network analyser, serial protocol analyzer and oscilloscope

• Proficiency in network software such as wireshark and network analyser

• Good knowledge with Operating platform such as Microsoft Windows and Linux

• Good understanding of Local Area Network

• Knowledge of project management skills.
