A leading company in Singapore is looking for a Project Support Specialist to manage daily project activities and maintain vendor relationships. This role requires strong organizational skills and a background in business administration, with specific experience in project support and procurement processes.
Provide overall day-to-day project support
Act as main point of contact between regional teams (Singapore, South Korea, and Philippines)
Verify supplier/ project status with stakeholders before processing payments
Monitor and check purchase orders and ensure compliance with internal payment policies
Prepare and verify documents for vendor and LC (Letter of Credit) payments
Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with audit preparations
Perform record keeping for both corporate and project documentation
Provide support for procurement and logistics of M&E-related equipment/ materials
Assist with basic accounting tasks as required
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
Maintain close communication with project teams and carry out tasks according to project requirements and company policy
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Diploma or Nitec in Business Adminitration or equivalent
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in project support/ administration role
Basic knowledge of accounting, logistics, procurement, and purchasing
Familiar with export/ import procedures
Experience in M&E materials procurement for construction/ production plants preferred
