Job description

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of engineering design, understand client requirements, and propose solutions that fit specifications.
• Produce engineering documentation (VDRL) and close client comments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Create scratch drawings and guide AUTOCAD drafters on engineering deliverables.
• Apply industry standards and best practices in drawing preparation, design, review, and submission.
• Guide in-house technicians for equipment assembly and cabinet integration; implement system configuration, simulation, testing, and verification.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for clients, provide in-house training, and support commissioning engineers.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within industrial markets.
• Strong documentation, time management, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Ability to articulate and share technical concepts with customers and suppliers.
• Objective-driven, time-sensitive, and resourceful.
• Diploma in Telecommunications or equivalent technical discipline.
