Key Responsibilities:

  • Help create and update project plans, timelines, and schedules, which includes organizing meetings and setting up project management tools for reporting.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones and deliverables, tracking task completion, identifying issues, and preparing progress reports.
  • Assist with project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and maintaining existing records.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for scheduling commissioning, work orders, and handoffs.
  • Help manage changes to project scope, schedule, or requirements by documenting change requests, assessing their impact, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and support to project managers and team leads as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1 - 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Exposure to real estate / capital planning projects is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
