As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing outreach and enrollment activities on the ground. This includes supervising teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of field programs. Prior experience in programs related to NEA, community outreach, hygiene inspections, or premises visits will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day campaign or outreach operations
• Plan schedules and deploy ground teams effectively
• Ensure accurate data collection and reporting
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot field issues
• Liaise with partners, vendors, or public agencies when necessary
• Train and guide junior team members on standard procedures

Requirements:
